Karma is keeping me busy these days! This past week's Boot Camp was challenging, but I like that.
Monday - no run (boo!)
10 15-count planks
10 15 count wall sits
25 pushups
50 sit ups
30 tricep press
30 tricep kickbacks
50 jumping jacks
100 jump ropes
50 seal jacks
50 plie squats (these were kinda fun)
50 squats
Tues- 2 mile run
50 jumping jacks
10 15-count planks
50 sit ups
50 high knees
25 push ups
100 jump ropes (I'm getting better at this!)
50 seal jacks
25 heel touch crunches
25 rope climb crunches
Wed
50 jumping jacks
10 30-count wall sits
10 15-count planks
25 push ups
50 high knees
50 squats (supposed to only do 25, whoops!)
30 tricep press

30 rope climb crunches (supposed to do just 25)
50 cursty squats (these were fun, too)
100 jump ropes
Thurs - 2.6 mile run
10 15-count planks
25 push ups
50 sit ups
Fri
50 jumping jacks

10 15-count planks
20 push ups
50 sit ups
50 high knees
30 tricep press
30 tricep kick backs
Sat
4 miles on the treadmill
2 miles at 11:13 pace
2 miles of intervals
4 sets of 200 m @9:13, 200 m @8:34, 200 m fast walk, 200 m @11:14
