A Day in Williamsport

Jake had his last Bible Quizzers meet today in Williamsport, a quaint little town outside of Hagerstown. We dropped Jake off and then headed to the park in the center of town.

The bathrooms at the park were  still locked for the season so we ate our lunch and headed to the C&O Canal museum just down the road to use their bathroom.  We went for a short walk on the towpath - Ella tends to melt if she has to walk too far.

Ella and Hank thought we walked 100 miles. ha! Nope we were 100 miles from Georgetown.

This cool thing  is a railroad lift bridge. The tracks can be lifted so that canal boats can go by. The boys thought it was pretty neato.
We had a fun but tiring day and Jake had a pretty good day at his final Bible Quizzers match.
