Karma at Inperspire is hosting 4 weekend bootcamps designed to inspire you to challenge yourself a little more each day. I definitely need to challenge myself because I tend to get stuck in routines and then lose interest because I'm bored. Changing up my strength training -which is very hit or miss anyway - and then telling the world I'm going to do it definitely inspires me to succeed!
I missed Week 1, but you can read about the challenge here.
So here's what I need to do this weekend before Sunday night:
200 Jumping Jacks - I did it!
300 Jump Ropes - I did 75. Jump ropes and I don't work well together. I'll keep practicing though
100 Push ups - I did it!
300 Squats - I did it! Barely, but I did!
10 – 20 count Wall Squats -Yes!
10 – 10 count Planks - I did 20 count, baby!
100 Sit ups - Can you say 110? Yes!
The Boot Camp Challenge is meant to challenge you at whatever level you are now. You can split the challenge anyway you like, e.g., you can do 50 jumping jacks on Friday, 50 on Saturday, and 100 on Sunday. If you cannot do a full sit up, modify and do 25 crunches in the morning, 50 crunches in the evening, and so forth.
