Deflated, Defeated, Poop

I just signed up to volunteer at my goal race, the Frederick Half Marathon.

This is what I feel like

Actually I feel like poop, but I didn't want to Google images of poop for fear of what I would see.

So if you're running it, look for me at the corner of Bentz St and Carroll Parkway in an obnoxiously bright shirt that says 'Obey Me'

Dumb IT band.

Tracy--I'm so sorry. I understand completely. I highly recommend trying to get into Two Rivers Treads some Thursday afternoon from 4 to 6 (I'll be there tomorrow!) for one of their injury/form clinics. They might be able to help you. Good luck.

Amanda, It's funny you mention TR Treads...I'll be at City Hospital tomorrow at 5 for a seminar that I think Dr Cucuzilla is running.

I did make over to TR Treads once and saw Laura who is wonderful. We typically have track practice on Thurs so I haven't been able to make it since. Bummer that I'll miss you again!
