I do NOT heart snakes

4th one I spotted in about a week; thankfully the other 3 were farther (further??) from the house.

This time of year challenges me...pollen, snakes coming out of hibernation, kids who need to run after being cooped up all winter

I confess I tried to kill it but 3 BB's didn't do the trick (my shots all missed so Jake had to shoot it). So I cut the branch and Jake carried it across the street and tossed it in the ditch.
